UNEP REDD+ Programme Officer for the Asia and Pacific region, with focus on Myanmar, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. Her experience is in environmental commodities and energy.
Mihaela joined the UNEP/UN-REDD team in 2014 as Communications/KM lead and REDD+ Academy coordinator. She holds Masters degrees in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and from the University of Florence.
As regional Knowledge Management Specialist, Ela provides advice to UN-REDD Programme partner countries in Africa on knowledge management, capacity building and communications.
