Legal Briefing: Stakeholder Participation In REDD+

This briefing is a response to the draft Interim Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation  (REDD+) Partnership Agreement.  The draft was published in May 2010 and is intended to address a broad range of aspects of REDD+, including the improvement of knowledge transfer and capacity enhancement, mitigation actions and technology development.
